1. Application Scope:
This machine is suitable for vacuum or nitrogen-filled sealing packaging of electronic components, chemicals, food raw materials, fabrics and wool products, beans, dried goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc. It can achieve preservation and quality maintenance effects such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-mildew, and moisture protection.
This external vacuum packaging machine is suitable for single-seal or vacuum packaging. It can also be used for inert gas filling. If the packaged material is powder, a dust filter (optional) will be provided based on the powder particle size.
The sealing is typically single-sided heating, but double-sided heating (optional) is available to suit different bag thicknesses.
The machine is equipped with a liftable, non-powered conveyor platform with an adjustable range of 0-900mm to meet packaging requirements.
It is easy to operate. The standard sealing length is 600mm/700mm/800mm, but can be extended to 600mm to 1200mm upon request.
